Is there a way to export (or create) a file that gathers all the individual chapter synopses into one document?
Absolutely, though but the solution varies depending on how you have designed your project. Try playing around with the Export Draft panel (Cmd-Opt-E), paying special attention to the matrix of checkboxes that let you export different bits of information depending upon the binder item type. You can have folders just export synopsis, text documents export just their text, or nothing at all. You want to set it so your chapters are exporting synopsis (and probably title too so you can identify what synopsis goes with what), and nothing else. The specifics of which options you choose depend on how your book is structured in Scrivener.
