failed 19.9.11 registration

The registration works with neither my user name (that which I bought the license originally) nor my e-mail. Further when I tried to roll back the installation to 1.9.8 only the 1.9.11 exe file was available.

With the continual slippage of the release date of Scrivener 3 for windows, I hope this problem will be resolved before the trial period is up, but I’m not anticipating this.

I’d suggest getting in touch with us directly, via our support address, so that we can verify your serial number made the transition safely and is working properly in the new system.
