Feature : minor : Replace All removes dynamic format

When using the local document search and replace feature, if you choose to “Replace All” the text colouration of any Annotations will be replaced by black. The faint border does remain, but the text turns black. Fortunately, going to another document and then back clears it up, as it appears all this colouring is dynamic in nature.

Using the “Replace and Next” button and progressing through the document bit by bit does not trigger the issue.

Fixed. I was bracketing the replace all process with methods that suppressed the notifications that tell the text views to update the temporary text colour used in annotations. Normally this would be desired to keep things extra-speedy, but Scrivener’s annotations are a special case, so I got rid of these calls and now everything is as it should be for beta 2. Thanks for spotting this.
