3rd day of NaNoWriMo, my MacBook keyboard went out on me. I have a bluetooth keyboard on order, but until it gets here, is it safe to open my MacBook scrivener project in the latest Windows beta? Or is the file format different?
That should work without problem. I have been collaborating with a Windows-based friend using the betas for nigh on two years now. It’s stable, there are still incomplete features or bugs to be dealt with, but that shouldn’t be a problem for you.
You may find the font gets changed though, depending on your default font on the Mac, and would need changing back when you go back to your Mac,
