Mac scrivener version have open and split file, but not windows, my question is about linuk beta scrivener is only open file or open and split

The Linux beta is in all ways identical to the Windows version. There are only a few differences like PDF viewing. For standard features you should be able to use the tutorial and user manual, though of course interpreting the language used to describe the file system and such.
The import and split feature isn’t implemented yet, but it’s really just an automation of what you can already do yourself. Using search you can find the bit you wish to separate by, delete it, and hit Ctrl-K to split the document at that point, then proceed on to the next. You may also find the formatting finder to be useful if bold titles are the thing you wish to split by, rather than a string of characters like “* * *”.
