On the Mac, you can export to FCF format, which can be opened in Final Draft 7 and earlier. However, this export format will be dropped from the next major update of Scrivener for Mac, and won’t be added to the Windows version, given that it is now several years old and so we can’t justify maintaining it, and we definitely can’t justify spending resources implementing it in the Windows version, sorry.
