Regarding the “remix” of Project Notes in v. 3.0:
I’ve been using the floating Project Notes window as a bookmarks panel in itself. Advantage inheres in being able to abbreviate, wrap and miniaturize the links. As a Windows user, I’m not too familiar with the Quick Reference panels, so I’m seeking reassurance that we’ll be able to float several at a time as small windows, to retain the compact navigation capability of Project Notes while keeping the equivalent of Document References visible in the Inspector.

You can have several QR windows open, and they are much more flexible than Project Notes. No functionality is lost, only gained!
