Using newest version of S and reading the chapter on Footnotes, I cannot find info on the following:
1.) How to transform footnotes to endorse. The only option appears to be footnote at the end of each page which is NOT what I need
2.) How to set style for footnotes/endnotes, specifically spaces between lines.
You set it up in the compile process, in the “Gear” options on the right.

Thanks for that info! Then since there is no apparently place for formatting endnotes in the compiler that I cannot change line spaces between endnotes.
That’s what I do in my Wordprocessor after compile.
My workflow is: compile to RTF, which opens automatically in NisusWriter Pro, where I have a Macro that imports a stylesheet that includes any styling of footnotes and replacing the tiny superscripted footnote marker in the text with one which is base-font minus 2 pts with baseline raised 2 pts, as that’s much more readable.
