I’ve read a lot of comments but am still unsure how to put footnotes at the end of each chapter only as opposed to the end of the document. I am exporting to .mobi. Does this have to be done in a word processor first? If there’s a link to instructions for this, that would be fine.
If there is not a way in the Windows version, please tell me how to designate the (page) where all footnotes will appear (which, I suppose, would make them endnotes).
