Does anybody know how to produce accented characters for foreign languages? I’m on the Mac platform and find that the usual Mac conventions don’t work. Thanx!

The usual Mac conventions should work - e.g. Opt-e for ´, Opt-u for ¨ and so on. Could you please give more details about what you are trying, what isn’t working, and whereabouts in the program you are trying this (and whether in script mode, regular mode and so on)?
