Format multiple text segments

Cutting and pasting from MS Word has led to around half the text segments in my project having different indent settings from the default.

Is there a way I can edit multiple segments simultaneously in order to achieve consistency, or is the only way to go through each and every one individually? I’ve tried selecting multiple segments and changing the formatting but it doesn’t do anything.

I realise now that I should have been using control-shift-V, not just control-V. Figured that one out too late though!

I’m assuming that the text segments are different binder items? You can Ctrl-click all the ones you want to change, then use Documents > Convert > Formatting to Default Text Style to switch their formatting to match the formatting defined in the Editor tab of Tools > Options.
