Formatting problem with Right to Left text

Hello,
After buying scriveenr for ios, that make me very happy, i just try scrivener on windows and i have a big problem.

My english is very bad, so the best is to show you a picture
When i justify the text, the text doenst stay justified at the last line of a parragraph.
And it’s very annoying because when i compile, it stay like that. Even if i set “RIGHT TO LEFT MODE” in option

Also i have another problem when i want to compile into a word, it make space after things like " ? ’ and doesnt treat it well

I can confirm that the same thing happens when typing in Syriac, which also goes right-to-left; see the screenshot.
