Good, glad it’s not just me. Most often forum page loads happen nearly as fast as static page loads, and I’ve only see the system halt one or two times. Upgrade definitely seems to be working. 
Yeah I get a more or less instant page load I guess around 75 - 80% of the time, a bit slower 15% and then the remaining 5 - 10% it just sits there and I click again and eventually it goes through. But maybe that’s just the Mexican ISP…
