Freeze when do "Replace all" in long documents[NOTED]

While doing “Replace All” (edite --> find —> find… —> find: Ÿ replace: ü —> Replace All) the program freezes. The longer the text the longer the freeze (with short text one hardly can recognize it). I Tried it with 30k words and with 70k words. With 30k words it unfreezed after ca. one minute, with 70k words scrivener did not unfreeze. (tested severel times, same problem with the 27th update).

amendment : It did unfreeze with the 70k but took more than 10 minutes (have not stoped exact time).

The program is still having a lot of problems with long documents. Font size colour, highlighting, finding/replace and the like are all slow and unoptimised for now.

27th Update? I’m assuming either I have not read this correctly or this a sarcastic comment?

I will look into the find and replace performance issue on long documents
