From chaos, order in the classroom

Life Without Scrivener? Impossible. I bought Scrivener a while ago for helping to develop my short stories, but this summer I started using it to organize the content of the courses I teach.

Maybe this isn’t news to some of you, but Scrivener is a super tool for bringing order out of the chaos of documents, web pages, jpgs, pdfs, lecture notes, homework assignments, worksheets, ad nauseum that populate a professor’s coursebook. The linkage to external references and URLs is an indispensible feature. I’m even starting to use full-screen mode to actually present content from certain pages in my notes (we have projection in all our labs).

Keith, I can’t imagine the effort it took to get this going and supported, but for me it has been well worth every line of debugged code.

Thank you.
