Fullscreen notes pane workaround

On Windows, if you want to use the notes pane in fullscreen, you can try the following;

  1. Install Text Editor Anywhere; listary.com/text-editor-anywhere

  2. Install WriteMonkey; writemonkey.com/

Use (1) to launch the notes pane’s contents in (2). This will open WriteMonkey (a distraction-free text editor) with the contents of the notes pane pasted in. Note that its plain text, so anything non-plain-text will presumably be lost. You can type away, and then when you’re done save the doc, close the program and it will reappear in the notes pane.

Set up WriteMonkey’s auto-save for security. Obviously you can substitute your text editor of choice in place of WM.
