General Help for a new Scrivener user

Is there any way to make the cursor bigger or highlight where it is on the page?

I really like this application, but this is causing a huge problem for me.

Thanks,

Sean

The cursor is controlled by the OS, but the Caret, or Text insert point, is controlled by Scrivener.

Turn it into a block in Settings > Appearance > General.

Thanks For the help!
Can you tell me exactly where ?
options>Appearance>General

See this screenshot please.

Thanks,

Sean

Probably under (Scrivener Options) → Editing → Options → Use block insertion point in…

That worked, thank you so much
that was causing me a huge problem!

Obviously, I don’t know Scrivener by heart.

Don’t worry, I had to consult the Win manual :joy: (this option is gone on macOS).

You can also activate Highlight current line in Settings/Appearance/Main Editor/Options and in Settings/Appearance/Composition Mode/Options, not to forget Settings/Appearance/Quick Reference/Options.
