Global Custom Note Styles

I’ve searched the forums and can’t find any other references to this.

I have several scapple diagrams with the same theme and want to use the same customized note style across all of them.

Are there any plans to provide the option to make a custom note style global rather than specific to the scapple diagram it’s created in?

What you could try is create a ‘master/template’ .scap file containing your predefined styles, and import them into each new document: ‘Format > Note Styles > Import Note Styles’.

You still have to apply the styles though if importing into an existing Scapple document, but you can at least copy styles (Ctrl+Shift+c) and paste to multiple notes (Ctrl+Shift+v).
