Global replace % with percent replaces it with PERCENT (uppercase, not lower)

A user in the Facebook Scrivener Mac Heads group had this problem, and I duplicated it in my own unrelated project.

In the meanwhile you can run the search and replace using RegEx (selected from the menu in Project Replace), which is preserving the lowercase.
