too difficult to contact customer support and they are not responsive …I bought a copy of the software and now no way to recover the key activation … theft…
They are usually pretty quick to respond.
Did you at least get the auto-response email?

Theft is what I call the price we pay for it. (Because it’s definitely worth more than the price tag!)
