Grabbing Time Codes while Transcribing

When I transcribe interviews, I use a TextExpander snippet to quickly insert my initials and the initials of the interviewee at the beginning of each section of our dialogue. What I’d like to do is have that snippet also grab the time code on the audio track and stick that in parentheses next to the initials, so that if I need to go back and review the audio later for clarity, I’ll have a reference point. Is there any way, programmatically, to grab the current time code on an audio track in Scrivener? Thanks!

Tony

There is no method for doing that presently. We do have it on the list of things to look into at some point in the future though.

Good to know. Thanks!
