I would like to be able to use my bamboo stylus or finger to handwrite notes or annotate other documents and index cards etc in scrivener.
I find this a very good way of quickly using the iPad - I use the app Notetaker Hd which is quite good but I want this feature combined with the brilliant way of organising cards in scrivener.
I don’t want it to do handwriting recognition - not necessary - I would use the notes to quickly record chaotic ideas, sketch diagrams, annotate drafts and then I would type them up, improve them, edit as normal.
On the iPad this works really good as a way to input, but obviously handwriting doesn’t work on the laptop or desktop, so for me it would make the iPad app really special.
If iOS Scriv will have a research folder, is it possible to include the Scriv in the “Open In” list for various file types? Since many (most?) of the handwriting apps seem to include the ability to export to PDF, this could be a way to get diagrams and handwritten notes in as research docs.
