Header in v. 3.0.1

I can’t figure out how to get a header in my ms. I’ve looked through the manual, but I must have missed something. Is there a simple solution?

You need to create a new format or select an existing format then “Duplicate and Edit…” it to see the Compile format editor in Bridey’s screenshot. §24.1 and §23.2.3 of the user manual explains this in more detail…
