I was working on a draft when it suddenly turned into a narrow column in the center of the page with tiny type and I can’t seem to restore it to what it was. Can someone tell me what I did and how to restore/fix it?

In the editor, you can use the pinch gesture to zoom your text in and out, Sounds like you pinched the text, to zoom out.
To expand your text, unpinch. (Place 2 fingers together on the screen, then spread them apart.)
