Hide Rich Text Tool Bar

Hello everyone,

is it possible to hide the rich text toolbar on top of the text, at least when in full screen mode?
I don’t use rich text at all and would like to keep the screen as cleaned up as possible.

Maybe it’s there, but I cannot find the option anywhere.

Under the Format menu, it is Hide Format Bar (toggles with Show Format Bar).

Keyboard shortcut is shift-command-R to toggle back and forth.
