how can I attract a user's attention in a post ?

in forums like reddit or keyboard maestro, I just have to write usr/username in a post and that user will be notified. It is very useful when one knows that a particular user has a special interest or expertise in the topic being discussed.

I have not figured out how to do with in this forum.

I am only referring to regular users. I am not referring to the actual Scrivener moderators because I understand it’s up to them to decide who answers what.

You don’t, here. There is no mechanism to do this. If you really need to get a specific user’s attention, send them a private message.
