How can readers enter their comments?

I’m about to send my manuscript out to a couple of readers for critical comment. MS Word has easy ways of indicating and viewing reader comments, in different colors from the original text. Does Scrivener have ways of doing this?

Let them edit in Word all they want. When they’re done, view the result in Word (or better yet, in Pages) and make the changes in Scrivener.
