How do I add back the buttons for split screens?

I’m not sure if I’m using the right words, but I somehow removed the bar below the tool bar that has the arrows for “show last document viewed”, “Show next…” and the split screen buttons. How do I add that back? :smiley:

On a Mac, View > Layout > Show/Hide Header View.

Same/similar on Windows?
