How do I move section title up one or two lines

Hello!

In Compile, I am looking to raise the section title (and subsequent chapter content) up one or two lines on the page. \

My reason for doing this is the book I am working on is many one or two page chapters. If I start a chapter a little higher on the first page, I can avoid many second pages that contain just a few words, making for a cleaner print book.

The amount of padding at the top of a page is defined in the New Pages tab of the appropriate Section Layout.
