I did further investigation, and it seems like the newline character in microsoft word is different to the one in scrivener. When I removed the newline inserted by word and reinserted in Scrivener, the hash disappeared.
Greetings,
I have a question about whether it is possible to suppress a hashtag in compile when there is a double space.
Right now, hashtags are automatically inserted in two cases. The first one is between scenes, which is fine.
The second case is when I need or want to add an extra space before a poem, or I just want to insert a pause less strong than a hashtag.
Can you provide assistance.
Hi Kikima
Welcome to the forum
Double click the compile format you are compiling with (left side of the compiler).
Duplicate if prompted to.
Then :
Or you may want to create a “poem” Section Type (in Project Settings), and assign a Section Layout that doesn’t have a Custom Separator with those hash marks. Place the poem in its own document.
And use an empty line within scenes for a less strong pause in the scene.
