How do I search and replace document titles?

I changed a character’s name. Project Replace took care of all the instances in my text, but the document titles remain unchanged. How do I search and replace document titles?

I’m afraid there is currently no way to do this except manually, by doing a project search on the name (with titles only selected in the search menu) and then changing the titles that appear in the search table.
