How do you type in bullets?

I use three bullets to signify a point-of-view shift within a document. In Word, bullets are entered by hitting option-8. How do you enter bullets in Scrivner?

That is actually a system level entry code, it is not specific to any application. There are quite a number of special symbols which can be inserted in this fashion, such as Option-J, which inserts a ∆ Delta.
