how I can automatically enlarge the images in a Scrivener project

If I want to enlarge an image in Scrivener, I go with the right mouse button on the image
and then select the command “Edit image”.
A window opens where I can enter the image size.

Problem:
If a project contains many pictures, which all have to be enlarged, then it takes quite a long time!

Question:
Does any of you know how I can automatically enlarge the images in a Scrivener project?

Hi, and welcome to the forums. I’ve never tried to do this, and it seems unlikely that it’s possible, at least in the current Windows version of Scrivener. I don’t know about Mac, and I don’t know about the upcoming new version for Windows. I just tried to do it in Microsoft Word, and it’s not possible there either, as far as I can see. This sounds like a function that a desktop publishing program might have, more than a writing/drafting program like Scrivener. But I don’t use images much in my writing, so others here may have better advice.

thank you for your help, David

Perhaps it would be an interesting Information for the developer of scrivener - it would be very good if they could implement this valuable function.

The best solution, in both Mac and Windows Scrivener, is going to be to use an image editing tool to size the images correctly outside of Scrivener.
