How to add shortcuts/hot keys?

How can I add shortcut or hotkeys for these two functions:

  • Hoist a binder
  • add link

I don’t see keyboard shortcut for these two frequently used items for me. Also, anyway to add those to toolbar? These options are not available under customize toolbar. I appreciate the pointers.

There are instructions for setting up keyboard shortcuts in Appendix A.1, and we also have them in the knowledge base.
