How to Color files and folders in the Binder

I’m on a PC, God rest my impoverished financial condition of the moment.

But still I have needs. Capital among which is to color files and folders in my binder. How, for the love of all dead Irish saints, do I do this?

Right click on the binder entry and select “Plot Labels.” There you can pick a color or edit and make your own color and label type.
