How to copy a Scrivener item and its contents to a new project

I ran a search but found no answer to my query - apologies if I overlooked an existing one.

Here’s what I want to do: copy an existing item (file or folder) and all its contents to a new Scrivener project.

Create new project.

Have both projects open, and resize both windows as necessary so that you can see both Binders.

Drag and drop.
