How to copy paperback novel pages into ebook

I would like to take the title, copyright and dedication pages from the Paperback Novel folde and copy.paste them into the E-Book folder.

The easiest way to do this is to select the items you wish to duplicate, and use the Documents/Duplicate/ sub-menu. The second choice, “without Subdocuments” is fine for individual files as that won’t add “copy” to the end of the name.
