How to disable page numbering in compile

Hey all,

I can’t seem to get page numbers NOT to appear at the bottom of my pages after a compile. Numbers do not appear when writing a draft (though this may be standard), but appear after compilation.

Within Compile I have done the following:

Footnotes and Comments

  • Remove Footnotes - checked

Page Settings
No header of first page… - checked
No header or footer on single pages - checked

Any advice would be great. I did do a search of previous threads for the answer, so you know. Perhaps my copy has a glitch. Most likely I’m the glitch.

If <$p> appears on…
Header and Footer…
First Pages…
Facing pages…
…WITHOUT being greyed out, select the tag and delete it so that the dummy text is greyed out.

This should remove the page numbers on all pages.
