how to do footnotes and not endnotes?

somebody help me!

I can not make footnotes in the end of each page. Instead, every time I export it pdf, it converts my footnotes to endnotes. Does anybody know how to make them stay in the end of each page?

Hi Paula,

For this you need to export to RTF and open the RTF file in a dedicated word processor or layout program such as Microsoft Word or Nisus Writer. Laying out footnotes at the end of each page is a massive page layout job, and Scrivener leaves page layout to dedicated programs - it’s not supported in Scrivener’s standard PDF export at this time.
