How to get TOC links to chapters for Kindle (mobi)

Have done up an ebook and included a table of contents. From that TOC doc, I use 'Scrivener Links" to link to various chapters. It all works OK but when I click, for example the link from the TOC to chapter 3, it takes the reader to the last line in Chapter 3, not the first line. Is there something I’m supposed to hard code at the top of each chapter to make that the target? Any help much appreciated.

Scrivener 2.0.2, Mac OSX 10.6.5

OK, to close the loop on this question, I think I figured it out. Once I put checkmarks in the spots you see here, it started working correctly.
