How to import scformats in Scrivener for Windows

I have Scrivener in Mac but wanted to test it in Windows. I have a *scrformat that I would like to use in Windows. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to find the menu option in the evaluation version, see below:

I also tried to move the file to Settings/Compile Format, but it didn’t work.

Is the test version (1.9.16) not able to use srcformats?

It isn’t possible since the compile procedure is very different.
