not necessarily iCloud but I do have space there. My Scrivener folder is currently on OneDrive.

I am a WIndows user that has an iPhone and IPad.

Dropbox is the only synchronization option available for iOS Scrivener at this time, as Dropbox is the only service that handles Scrivener’s project format correctly.

You can also use iTunes file sharing to transfer projects to the device.
