How to reactivate scrivener again

Hello,

6 weeks ago my laptop crashed and I had to reinstall scrivener as I originally purchased it from your site. Your support team kindly sent an email with the serial and download link,
My laptop crashed again and has now returned from a repeat repair,

I need the same email resent, can’t find it anywhere,
I’ve sent two emails but received no reply for 2 weeks.

Please advise
Steve

So you are not even answering on this forum now?
Am I to phone or visit ??

Have you checked your junk-mail folder?

Tried this?

Hello,

As my opening post said, I emailed support and had no reply for weeks. Posting on the forum was my last hope.

Nothing in junk mail.

The recovery process gets me an order id which I emailed in. But if nobody is going to answer emails…

Hi EclipsePhase,

If you have your Order #, you’ve got all the info you need to retrieve your Serial #.

The page JoRo provided contains a link to eSellerate’s support page here:
https://store3.esellerate.net/store/support/Default.aspx

In the upper right hand corner of eSellerate’s Support page, enter your Email Address and Order #.

Press Submit.

That should take you to eSellerate’s Credit Card charges Information page.

Under the heading Product Support/Serial Numbers, is the sentence, “If your product requires a serial number, that information will appear in your receipt.” Click on the word “receipt”.

That should take you to L&L’s ORDER CONFIRMED page, which contains your Serial Number Name and Serial Number.

With that info, you should be able to register Scrivener.

I just tested this with my own email and order #, to confirm that it works for me. Hopefully it works for you.

If I’ve misunderstood what info you possess and where in the process you are having issues, please clarify.

Best,
Jim

P.S. If I were you, I’d copy all the info from that ORDER CONFIRMED page and email it to myself. Heck, if I were you, I’d print it out too, as you seem to be having laptop issues.

Jim, you splendid fellow!
