How to remove chapter numbers during compile?

Hi there - simple question that I seem to be struggling with. I am compiling using the paperback template for a rough copy I want to read myself and I want to remove all the chapter numbers from the compile - what’s the easiest way to do this please?

Probably one of the supplied layouts already includes chapter titles but not numbers.
