How to set General Text in Scriptwriting mode?

I’m in the process of setting up my own Script Mode in the Scriptwriting function.
How do I set the font & paragraph styles for General Text and General Text (Centred) ?

You can’t. They will just use whichever font is used most frequently for the other elements.

I use Courier New in all my scriptwriting but General Text is still set as Ariel so I’m not sure this is quite true.

General Text is never set to Arial by default so something else must be afoot there. Are you using Scrivener 2.0?
