How do I start a new bulleted list after creating one before it and above it? I hit return a couple times then click on the drop down list at the top to make a new bullet list then it changes all the above bullets to the new one and messes up everything I did before that.
Try putting an empty paragraph before (or after) and setting it to No style to separate the existing list from a new one. Then delete the empty paragraph later.
