How to "unlearn" learned spellings in Spellcheck?

I accidentally clicked “learn spelling” on a very clearly mispelled word. :frowning: How do I get Scrivener to unlearn the horrible mistake? Is it in Scrivener itself? Or is there some alternative database on the Mac that Scrivener is tapping into. Please help!

p.s. I should add that I tried Edit>Spelling and Grammar>Show Spelling and Grammar, and that I couldn’t find the way to delete a poorly spelled word there… (since it doesn’t show up, because it’s “not” acknowledged as a mistake anymore)

Right-click or Ctrl-click the word, and select “Unlearn Spelling” from the contextual menu that appears.

I think the only way is to type the word, select it in the text, ctrl-click on it, and select “Unlearn” (it’s Apple-defined behaviour).
