Does anyone use Scrivener on an iPhone 12 Pro Max? Can it still display Quick References?
Once upon a time, I had an iPhone 8 plus. It could edit a document with the sidebar open (in landscape mode) and even display a Quick Reference like this:
I don’t have one, but I can’t see why it wouldn’t.
Neither do I, but (for example) when I was considering the iPhone Xr instead of the iPhone 8 plus, people let me know that the Quick Reference thing wouldn’t work on the Xr despite the fact that Apple listed its landscape form factor as “regular width”. (KB had already stated that regular width was one of the factors in getting this function to work.) So I went with the older design phone.
So now, I’ve got an iPhone 12 pro, but I find that using it in landscape mode is a continual frustration. Maybe swapping phones to the pro max would fix it, or not. So I’d like to hear whether anyone has actually used an iPhone 12 pro max with Scrivener in landscape mode, and what the results are.
