https as a linking option

I noticed scrivener does not have an https option in the edit link panel. This would help the online document creation, and upgrade the software. Would love to see it.

I note it would be perfect if both http and https were options. Obviously not all websites have https.

If you type or paste in an https:// address with the https:// at the start, it will use that correctly instead of the . Alternatively, you can choose the “None” option.
