Well, I managed to get through the licensing schmozzle with the macbook, but going to my ipad, scrivener has disappeared, and going to the app store it says “pay to download” or similar - I have done that, as the Iphone has Scrivener for IOS 1.2 on it - which surely means I have bought it in the past (although I can’t find anything in my mail archives) (I have also asked questions about it, in here, which implies I must own it.
What is wrong with getting the ipad version to work.
Are you logged in with the same Apple ID for your store account on the iPad and the iPhone? They are the same version, if you bought it for the iPhone (with the same Apple ID of course), you should be able to download it for the iPad.

I also not on the Iphone I seem to be unable to do much - the “titles” come up, specifying either “on my iphone” or “dropbox”, but clicking on them does nothing, doesn’t open them. zip, zilch, nada…

I have an Ipad Pro 10.5 in running IPADOS V13.1.3 - Both are on exactly the same Apple ID. The Scrivener app had disappeared, and going to the App store, it tells me that I am going to have to pay some $30.99 (Australian dollars) to reload it. I under the license to be for all devices - can someone from L&L explain why my existing license isn’t being recognized for the Ipad, and how to remedy this problem.
I’m not with Lit & Lat, but are you able to install other apps onto your ipad that you paid for and use on your phone?

I found it - my IOS Scrivener acquisition was under an old Apple ID that I stopped using a few years ago - doesn’t explain why it would work on the iphone and not on the ipad, but I have resurrected that apple ID for just this one app…
